Obtained by blending the of the native Cagnulari grapes, and the internationally acclaimed Cabernet.

Colour: deep, bright and brilliant ruby red.
Bouquet: intense  and typically persuasive with a touch of liquorice and forest fruits.
Flavour: full-bodied yet soft and well-balanced with a light hint of tannins.
Serving Suggestions: pasta and rice dishes with meat sauce; grilled meat, and medium hard cheeses.
Serving Temperature: 18°C – 20°C
Alcoholic content: 12,5% – 13% vol.
