The public was able to see for themselves two spectacular operations of emersion of the underwater cellar, combined with two dives of the new bottles that will rest on the seabed in the coming months.<\/p>\n<p>Dozens of boats, with hundreds of participants on board, took part in this extraordinary experience that celebrated the connection between nature, innovation and territory. A great success that once again confirmed the uniqueness of Ak\u00e8nta Sub&#8217;s underwater wine cellar project, one of the most internationally renowned wines aged underwater.<\/p>\n<p>After surfacing, the party continued on board the boats: toasts with Ak\u00e8nta, music, lunch and DJ sets in the middle of the sea, amidst breathtaking views and an atmosphere of collective enthusiasm.
