Vermentino di Sardegna DOC
Blu is a white wine obtained from Vermentino grapes and represents one of the most important and widespread labels of Cantina Santa Maria La Palma.
In the glass it presents a bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the palate it displays a marked salinity and a pronounced mineral character, traits attributable to the territory of origin.

Taste: Persistent, saline and mineral
Food pairings: Ideal with fish and shellfish dishes; also excellent as an aperitif
