Cagnulari is a historic wine, one of the most important and representative of the territory of Alghero and North West Sardinia. Cagnulari is one of the oldest wines of Sardinia. The Cantina Santa Maria La Palma has made an important contribution to its recovery and promotion at national and international level, giving Cagnulari the space it deserved. Vineyard location: Palmadula and Usini
Soil type: 40 hectares of Cagnulari – we isolate the best vineyards in the area on the road to Palmadula (alluvial soils, with a good clayey skeleton and good drainage) and Usini, calcareous soil, where the plant develops with a smaller and sparse grape that allows a more homogeneous maturation.
Harvest: last two of September
