Argentero is a sweet sparkling wine made by the Charmat method from a successful mariage of white grapes. It is a historic label that has accompanied the growth of the Santa Maria La Palma Winery. It has a pale and vivid gold color, an exuberant and persistent mousse with continuous perlage. The taste is sweet but lively, with good acidity.A perfect bubbly for dessert, it goes brilliantly with sweet toasts.

Vinification and aging: soft pressing, first cold fermentation (13 degrees) for two weeks. The sparkling wine is made in autoclave with the Martinotti-Charmat method, for a total period of 1 month. Batonnage sur lie until bottling (from a minimum period of two months onwards).
Color: Pale and vivid gold, it has an exuberant, white and persistent foam with a subtle and continuous perlage.
Bouquet: Full, rich and complex.
Taste: Sweet but lively, rightly persistent with good acidity.
