WINE TOURS AND TASTINGS AT THE CANTINA SANTA MARIA LA PALMA WINERY

Tours and tastings at Alghero’s Winery (Cantina Santa Maria La Palma) offer guests the opportunity to chart the stages of the production cycle of our wines, with the doors being opened to every department as visitors go on a journey that takes them from the grape-transformation process all the way to the comfortable Tasting Room.

The tasting sessions on offer are: 3 BINOS, AKENTAS, 4 SENSOS, 4 GUSTOS, 5 OROS .

The tour of the winery, complete with tasting session, lasts for around one-and-a-half hours and includes time for relaxing together, accompanied by the finest local wines, in a perfect combination of flavours and aromas.

You will get to know our white, red and sparkling wines, from Vermentino di Sardegna to Cagnulari, as well as Cannonau di Sardegna, Monica di Sardegna and many other wines made in Alghero.

Come and learn all about the method of preparation used for Akènta Sub, Sardinia’s “underwater” wine. You will see where it is created, watch exclusive videos and get up-close and personal with the most valuable bottles. And if you wish, you can also taste it, which is sure to be a quite unforgettable experience.

The Cantina Santa Maria La Palma Winery has always been the beating heart of every activity and initiative for our members, and today more than ever it is the starting point for those who want to get to know our Sardinian wines and the origin of their quality. Here with us, you will discover a new way to savour our wines, and you will learn how to recognise that same quality in the dedicated stores in Alghero and in Santa Maria La Palma.
