Akènta Rosè



Careful selection of Cagnulari grapes, expertly handpicked and pressed after 6 hours of contact with the skins and the juice. The Sparkling wine is fermented in autoclave at low temperature, according to the Charmat method and then left to age for 6 months sur lie.
Through this process the yeasts are able to enhance the fruity and delicate spicy aromas, allowing the formation of a fine and persistent perlage.

Colour: Bright pink with copper reflections. Fine and persistent perlage.
Bouquet: Complex, fruity with spiced notes. Hints of bread crust and powder at the end.
Taste: Fresh, fruity and mineral.
Serving Suggestions: Excellent as an apertif and ideal to accompany fish-based dishes and delicate meat-based dishes.
Serving Temperature: 8° C – 10° C
Alcohol: 11,5% vol.
