Redìt is a refined wine, produced from carefully selected Cannonau grapes. Its character is very territorial, due to the location of the vineyards in the area of Santa Maria La Palma, which are a few hundred meters away from the sea. The soil is of calcareous and draining nature, ideal for ensuring optimal conditions for the production of wines of great thickness and volume.

The wine is fermented and macerated in steel containers for a period of about 15 days. It is then left to age in 500-litre French oak barrels for 12 months , where it acquires an aromatic complexity. It completes its aging process in the bottle.
A long refinement in the bottle will enhance and improve the organoleptic features of the wine.

Colour: Ruby red with light garnet reflections.
Bouquet: Intense aromas of red fruit and typical scents of the Mediterranean scrub, among which emerges the delicacy of the helichrysum. Slightly spicy notes and a balsamic finish.
Flavour: At the start it remains sapid with a full body at the centre of the mouth and the finish is intense and elegant.
Serving Suggestions: Mature cheeses, meat and game based dishes.
Serving Temperature: 18° C – 20° C
Alcoholic Content: 15% vol.
