Sparkling wine obtained from local lightly pressing white grapes, harvested early.
Colour: pale straw-yellow.
Bouquet: fresh and pleasantly winy.
Flavour: lively but smooth, with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
Serving Suggestions: its low alcohol content makes it an excellent aperitif; it can equally accompany the entire meal. It should be drunk chilled.
Serving Temperature: 6°C – 8°C
Alcoholic Content: 11,5% vol.
