In our vineyard we product this native-sardinian grapes. Thanks to the care we take over the vinification process, and to the prolonged period it spends ageing before being released onto the market, this noble wine displays an elegant structure and an unmistakable aroma.
Colour: Deep ruby red, tending towards violet.
Aroma: Intense, seductive and typical, with hints of liquorice and forest fruits.
Palate: Rounded, smooth, intense and persistent, with assertive notes of red berry fruit and Marasca cherry.
Serving temperature: 18 – 20° C
Alcohol level: 12.5 – 13.5 % vol.
Matching: Works well with mid-seasoned cheeses, risottos and boiled or roasted white or red meats.
