The name means “ruby” or “red” in our Alghero dialect. It is a young Cannonau with a balance of tannins which grants typicality but is suitable for daily consumption and easy food accompaniment.
Colour: bright, clear, deep ruby-red. Bouquet: fine and intense.
Flavour: dry, full and warm, it is velvety but robust, harmonious even with its pleasantly characteristic tannin flavour.
Serving Suggestions: should be served at a cool temperature and fittingly accompanies red meats, game and strong cheeses.
Serving Temperature: 18°C – 20°C
Alcoholic Content: 13% – 13,5% vol.
